Two Step Sparring:

  1.  A-Step forward with right into front stance, right-middle punch; left front kick.
    D-Step back with right into front stance; left-middle knifehand block, low X-block, left-high punch.Kihap. 

  2. A-Step forward with right into front stance, right-high punch; left-side kick.
    D-Step back with right into back stance, high X-block; left-leg slide into cat stance, left low block; right-turning kick to spine. Kihap.

  3. A-Step forward with right into front stance, right-middle punch; left-side kick.
    D-Step back with right into back stance; left-palm block while sliding left-leg into cat stance; right-leg crescent block, side kick to spine. Kihap.

  4. A-Right leg front kick; front stance, right high punch.
    D-Step back with right into back stance, left-low block; right-side kick under punching arm. Kihap.

  5. A-Right high side kick, left-high back kick.
    D-Step back with right into front stance, high block; step back into front stance, high block; lunge forward with right leg into back stance, deliver simultaneous double punch to the solar plexus (right) and below the nose (left). Kihap. 

  6. A-Step forward with right into front stance, right-middle punch; step back with right into front stance, left-middle punch.
    D-Step forward with right into front stance; simultaneous left-middle knifehand block and right-middle punch; lead leg shifts into back stance, right-outer forearm block; lunge forward, right-backfist to temple. Kihap.
