One
hand grab to the wrist. Step
back into horse riding stance, pulling wrist free, counter with backfist to
the head.
Two
hand grab to the wrist. With
free hand grab your own fist, stepping into a back stance, and pull arm up.
One
hand grab to the wrist. With
free hand grab attacker’s hand setting your thumb
on attackers pressure point. Bring
attacker’s arm across your body, and pull back on the elbow.
One
hand grab to the wrist. Swing
held hand up with elbow bent. With
free hand grab attackers hand from underneath, putting pressure on the
wrist.
One
hand grab to the wrist. Go
under attacker’s arm from the other side of his body, and bring the arm
over your head. Pull the arm down onto your shoulder.
One
hand grab to each wrist. Turn
palms up, stepping at a 45 degree angle.
Push the hands out, then pivot the feet, and deliver a knife hand
strike to the neck and the temple at the same time.
Grab
from behind over arms. Stomping
on the attacker’s foot, then move your body slightly
to the side, giving attacker a hammerfist to the groin. Throw elbows up to free yourself, giving an elbow strike to both
sides. Turning, step back into
front stance, deliver a reverse punch to the face.
Grab
from front over arms. Give
attacker a knee strike to the groin, throw elbows up to free yourself. Give attacker elbow strikes to both sides of the body under the armpit.
One
hand grab to top center of Do Bok. Grab
attacker’s hand, putting your thumb on the pressure point. Twist the arm across your body, delivering an elbow strike to the
elbow.
Two
hand grab to front center of Do Bok. Bring
hand over attacker’s arms, stepping into a horse riding stance. Pull attacker’s arms down, delivering an elbow strike to the face.
One
hand grab to the shoulder. Bring
hand of held shoulder in front of your body,
and turn over the top of attacker’s arm.
Bring your arm under attacker’s elbow, applying
pressure on the elbow.
Two
hand grab to the shoulder from the front.
Bring your arms up on the inside of attacker’s arms knocking them up and out. Step in, striking the kidneys on the back side.
One
hand grab to the hair from the front. Hold
attacker’s hand in place with both your hands.
Step back and bend down causing pressure on attacker’s wrist.
One
hand grab to the belt from the front. Hold
attackers hand in place with both your hands. Twist your body to the side causing pressure on attacker’s wrist, then throw him the opposite direction.
Grab
around body under the arms from the front.
Bring your leg up for a knee strike to attacker’s body and then an
elbow strike to the back.
Two
hand grab of both wrists from behind. Back
kick to the solar plexus.
Two
hand grab to shoulder from behind. Turning
toward attacker bring arm up and over attacker’s arms. Pin his arms to you and deliver a reverse punch.
Forearm
choke from behind. Heel stomp to attackers foot, followed by a hammer-fist to the groin. Deliver an elbow strike to the ribs, grab the attackers hand and elbow, backing out beside attacker’s body. Apply pressure on attacker’s arm.
