Aikido

Aikido is a non-violent, non-competitive, defensive Japanese martial art. The founder of Aikido created the art in order for a person to defend himself while also protecting his attacker from injury. This is done by using many blending and turning motions to unbalance the attacker, resulting in a throw or pin.
