  • Action For Animals

    Action for Animals' mission is to educate and involve the campus on animal welfare issues.

  • Active Minds

    Whitman's chapter of Active Minds was established in February 2013 and put on events such as an awareness campaign for National Eating Disorder Awareness Week and a myriad of stress-relieving activities for National Stress-Out Day.

  • Beyond Borders Club

    The Beyond Borders Club aims to promote interest in and awareness of various cultures and global issues amongst and between Whitman College and the Walla Walla community by hosting films and documentary screenings, lectures, art displays, and other organized events in coalition with various student-run clubs.

  • BodyKind

    The mission of the Campus Progressives is to create interest in and educate the campus about progressive politics. It also seeks to open up zones of political discourse and action within the Whitman College community.

  • Center for Community Service

    The Community Service office connects the Whitman College community with volunteer opportunities in Walla Walla.

  • Challah for Hunger

    Challah for Hunger is a national non-profit organization where college students get together to bake and sell challah. Proceeds benefit the American Jewish World Service's Sudan Relief and Advocacy Fund and the Lillie Rice Center.

  • Coalition for Gender and Sexuality Awareness

    The Coalition for Gender and Sexuality Awareness is a student-run, student-funded organization at Whitman College that is committed to ending homophobia, biphobia, transphobia, and heterosexism through education, activism, and social events.

  • Feminists Advocating Change and Empowerment (FACE)

    Feminists Advocating Change and Empowerment (FACE) is a student organization at Whitman College that advocates for issues of gender equality on the campus, local, state, and national levels.

  • GlobeMed

    GlobeMed at Whitman, a chapter of the national non-profit GlobeMed, strives to educate and engage the Whitman community in issues of global public health through discussions, events, films, and a close collaborative relationship with Burmese Women's Union (BWU).

  • Interest House Community (IHC)

    The Interest House Community is a collection of houses with specific themes. The houses host events for the whole campus that address their specific focus as well as the annual IHC Block Party.

    The Whitman College Model United Nations Club is devoted to broadening student’s minds and bringing their attention to international relations and politics through experience and education.

    Wakilisha Afrika club focuses on the promotion of African culture by educating the Whitman and Walla Walla community on current political, economic and social issues facing the African continent.

    Whitman Direct Action (WDA) is a student-run service-learning organization from Whitman College dedicated to promoting economically and environmentally sustainable development in marginalized communities.
