Student Agriculture at Whitman

Student Agriculture at Whitman is dedicated to providing local, sustainable food to Bon Appetit in order to increase the amount of sustainable food provided in the dining halls. We grow microgreens in the greenhouse on top of the science building and provide produce such as tomatoes, winter squash, salad greens, and root vegetables from our outdoor plot of land.
