Founded in 1980 by Mark Anderson, the Walla Walla Foundry specializes in casting contemporary fine art and has become one of North America’s most prominent foundries. Cast Contemporary Sculpture includes both sculpture and selected works on paper by the artists Robert Arneson, David Bates, Frank Boyden, Squire Broel, John Buck, Deborah Butterfield, Jim Dine, Marilyn Lysohir, Manuel Neri, Brad Rude, and Sandra Shannonhouse. For this exhibit, sculpture will be installed both in the gallery, and in the halls adjacent to the gallery as well as on the Whitman College grounds.
