TEAM MEMBER FOOD HELPERS

 

--YOU WORK FRIDAY MORNING 7 TO 8:10AM; 9:50 TO 11:50AM

 

--YOU WORK SATURDAY MORNING 7 TO 8:10AM; 10:40AM TO 12:50PM

 

1.    MAKE SURE YOU SHOW UP BY 7 A.M.
Set your alarm. Be near a phone—near the phone with your Whitman phone number so we can call you by using the phone book.

2.    Immediately start the coffee and hot water pots.

3.    After that, make the juice.

4.    Help the Hired Food Person get the food setup on the tables.

5.    Clean items as needed.

6.    FOOD AND DRINKS NEED TO BE READY BY 7:45AM!!!

7.    Judge the 8:10am round.

8.    Shortly after the first round of the day, the hired food person will bring in the lunch items. Help get those setup.

9.    You will judge at the third round of the day (11:50 on Friday morning; 12:50 on Saturday).

10. You do not need to assist with the Friday dinner unless Jim asks you to.
