Tournament Doublechecker and Questions Answerer

Your job is to do a variety of double-checks, mainly on work that the tab rooms are doing.

Your work is very important as you are the last check to make sure that we do not have errors.

Errors create confusion, delays, even total chaos. HELP STOP THAT!

You also handle lost and found items

Things to doublecheck: (discuss with Jim)

--make sure that the tab puts "announce in the round" on each elim ballot

--make sure that each ie finals judge has 7 BALLOTS.

--make sure that olin 130 is not being used friday morning for ie's
