THURSDAY NIGHT
Make
an envelope for each school
Get
debate ballots from the debate tabs. There is LD and Policy debate only today.
You
need to make sure debate ballots get copied.
The
copy code is 0099, 0098, 9900, or 9800
THE
original debate ballot goes to the AFF team’s school
The
copied debate ballot goes to the NEG team’s school
Doublecheck each stack of ballots for each school and then put the ballots into the
envelope
Put
the envelopes into a safe place (one of the tab rooms/Jim’s office)
FRIDAY NIGHT
Do
the same as Thursday night but also put IE ballots into the stacks. Also, there
is Parli Debate beginning today.
SATURDAY AFTERNOON
Do
the same as above. There is Public Forum Debate today as well.
Get
the cumes photocopied. 1 set of cumes
of each and every event goes into each packet.
Get the packet to Cordiner
Lobby 30 minutes before the end of the awards assembly. Lay them out—well spread
apart and in alphabetical order.
Note:
Late elim ballots will be put into separate packets
and given to teams separately.
