BALLOT STAPLERS AND STUDENT-JUDGE CERTIFICATION HELPERS

TUESDAY 8 to 11pm

BALLOT STAPLING

Working with the IE Tab, you will staple IE ballots and cover sheets together.

NOTICE: THIS IS THE NUMBER OF BALLOTS YOU STAPLE TO AN IE COVER SHEET

1. Impromptu: 7 ballots

2. Ed Comm: 14 ballots

3. All other IEs: 6 ballots

STUDENT and JUDGE CERTIFICATION CHECK

You need to:

· take the list of certified students (see Jim or the Tournament Assistant for this)

· compare it to the entries we have

· TYPE INTO A WORD DOCUMENT all student names who have not been certified WITH THE NAME OF THEIR SCHOOL. USE A TABLE LIKE THIS:

Harold Sims	Gonzaga Prep
Etc.

BE SURE TO REGULARLY SAVE THIS DOCUMENT. JIM WILL NEED IT TO EMAIL COACHES TO TELL THEM WHO IS NOT CERTIFIED ON THEIR TEAM.

Do the same for judges who have not certified.

We will use the list that you create to get the uncertified folks to complete it when they arrive at the tournament.
