Dear Coach,

We invite you to the 37th Annual High School Speech Tournament at Whitman College, nestled in the Walla Walla valley and buttressed by the Blue Mountains.  The tournament will begin Thursday early evening November 5th, for LD and Policy Debate. On Friday morning, November 6, IE’s begin. On Saturday morning, November 7, Parli, Public Forum, and Student Congress begin. All events finish Saturday, November 7 in the evening. The tournament features outstanding competition. Last year, 48 schools attended the tournament. We are excited to host you at this year’s tournament!

This year, we begin honoring the person that began the tournament: Remy Wilcox. Remy was coach in the 1970s and worked hard to make the tournament a symbol of excellence.
