          Work Tuesday evening. You can begin at 6pm and not before. You must finish by 11pm. (Aaron and Chris C. do this)

          Minor changes/Judge preference entry Wed and Thurs--pretty light.

          Work throughout the tournament beginning at 2pm on Thursday. (Only Aaron and Bill do this—note I may need Bill to judge)

JOBS DURING THE TOURNAMENT

To hired people—you are paid $8 per hour based on the hours noted below.

 

Food People (Fri.-Sat. lunch 2 people; Sat. dinner-Sunday dinner 3 people; total: 6 plus 1 hired) Brooke Sinclair

 

Hired Food Person works: Shop about 2 hours anytime before Friday 1:30pm; Friday 1:30 to 3:00pm; Saturday 8am to 1pm plus 5pm to 7:30pm; Sunday 8am to 12:30pm.

 

Asteria         work Friday 5 to 6:30pm; Saturday 8am to 9:30am

Lydia            work Saturday during lunch and during dinner.

Sally            work Sunday 8am to 9:30am and during lunch.

 

Ballot Table Workers (hire 1 perso) Mariel Young

 

                              Friday, 5pm to 10pm; Saturday 9am to 10:30pm; Sunday 9am to 5:30pm

AFTER THE TOURNAMENT

 

Post-Tournament Helpers (2) (Jim will explain specific duties when you arrive)
