DRIVE KIDS PER THE SCHEDULE JIM PROVIDES

·        Be sure to know the exact names of the kids you are going to pickup; remember, you will probably need to go to the airline inside the terminal to get some of these kids.

·        Greet the kids warmly. Try to talk with them. Show them Whitman hospitality.

·        Be sure to have some doughnuts and healthy snacks to give these kids when they get into the van.

·        When they get in to the airport—have them call their parents/family. If they don’t have a cell phone—let them use yours. PLEASE.

·        CANT’ FIND A KID? Be sure to check the restaurant and news magazine stores, etc.

·        For a few kids, you need to go inside to the airline and confirm your identity to get the student.

REMEMBER when you drop off kids at the end of camp; you may have to check them in with their airline inside of the terminal.
