NOTE: IF YOU NEED TO BE PICKED UP—YOU NEED TO STAY IN CONTACT WITH ME CLOSELY.

NOTE: Official Check-in for the camp begins at 11am on Sunday, the 20th but Work Study students begin arriving on Saturday afternoon the 19th and so there will be some residence hall duties during that time.

NOTE: Sunday evening, the first night, at 7:15pm, the camp begins with the first meetings with students.

2. You will be provided with housing at the camp in a double occupancy room with another staff member in Lyman Hall (possibly another hall if we exceed the space available in Lyman). You are not required to live in the dorm but you are required to do dorm supervision duties.

3. Stuff to bring. I suggest using the checklist on this page:

4. You have a multifaceted job that involves helping Jim to setup the camp. He needs your help with various duties including ones that he can’t predict ahead of time. Please help. If your pre-camp assistant work exceeds 42 hours, tell Jim, you will be compensated extra.
