How the Debates Work |
·
THE BASICS OF WHAT HAPPENS: There is an affirmative debater and a negative debater in
an intramural debate. The affirmative supports the topic; the negative
rejects the affirmative case. ·
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO BEFORE ARRIVING: Prepare a case on the affirmative, be prepared to debate the topic on the
negative. Remember, a debate team member would be glad to assist you: Click here for help preparing for Intramural Debate ·

debates? Click here ·
SPEECH TIMES ·
