Summit

Summit is a library catalog that combines over 27 million items from Oregon and Washington academic libraries. Journal articles are not available through Summit.

Accessing Summit:

• If you can’t find an item in the Penrose Library Catalog use the “Search Summit” link

• Access Summit directly: http://summit.orbiscascade.org

Summit Borrowing:

• Requested items arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
• Patrons with fines in excess of $20 are barred
• Summit is a service for current students, faculty and staff
• Items avaliable at Penrose cannot be borrowed through Summit
• Items will only be placed on the hold shelf for 5 days.

Summit Fines:

• All patrons (including faculty)
• $.50 per day for the first 10 days
• $1 per day for the next 15 day
• Maximum fine: $30/item
• Lost book charge: $110 (unless replacement cost is higher)
