Namasté Meditation Club

Namasté is a student club, recognized by ASWC, with the mission of bringing together members of the Whitman community who have an interest in meditation and bringing more mindfulness to daily life.  The club seeks to provide opportunities to learn about different meditation traditions and to support people who would like to maintain a meditation practice.  There are no specific religious traditions emphasized or endorsed: anyone who is interested in meditation and mindfulness, whether from a secular or spiritual orientation, is welcome to attend club events.

Meeting Time and Place: The group meets for meditation every Tuesday evening in the Spirituality Room in Prentiss Basement.  Discussion/Questions/Instruction: 7:45 pm, Meditation 8-8:30 pm.  Beginners are welcome!
