IES: London Theater Studies

On the IES: London Theater Studies program, Whitman students can engage in Britain's rich historical and contemporary theatrical tradition through theater and drama courses. Students see at least nine shows in London.

“You're in one of the artistic centers of the world, and you're there as a student. You can get student discounts on most museums, shows, galleries, and food places, and I highly recommend taking advantage of that. In the five months I was abroad, I saw over 26 shows for a fraction of the price they would have been were I not a student. There is always something going on in London, so you never have a chance to get bored.” - Sara S. '18
