Evacuate the area if possible.

Immediately notify the police (911). Be prepared to provide as much information about the situation as possible.

Respond to immediate needs of people involved in the crisis.
Basic Guidelines if taken hostage

Do not negotiate; trained negotiators from the Walla Walla Police Department will conduct negotiations.
