Planning an Event? Things to Consider!
Do you have an appropriate space?
This should be the first item on your to do list. You may have a perfect venue in mind, but always check to see if it is availalbe before confirming any details or signing a contract. The College offers many different event venues to fit your event needs. We have many meeting rooms for sizes up to 36, classrooms for sizes up to 55 and auditoriums ranging from 60 - 1300. When choosing a space think about how many people you think may attend. Do you want a large space that may look empty or a smaller room that may fill beyond capacity? Does your speaker or performer have any specific requirements in a venue? These are just a few questions to consider about your space. Contact the Scheduling & Events Office, (509)527-5366, Reid 202.
