Business Office

The Business Office is located in the Memorial Building at 345 Boyer Ave, in Walla Walla, Washington. Campus Map

We have two offices in Memorial, one on the main floor in room 233 and one downstairs in room 110, colloquially referred to as the Business Office Annex. Student Accounts, Campus Rentals, and the Treasurer's office are on the main floor in room 233. Payroll and Accounts Payable are located in the Annex.

Tax Information

The following tax forms generated by Whitman College are mailed as indicated. Please be sure to keep these forms for tax filing purposes.

W2 - no later than January 31st using the primary address
1042S - no later than March
1098E - no later than January 31st using the preferred address of residence
1098T - no later than January 31st using the perferred address of residence
1099 - no later than January 31st

Tax preparation seminars for international students are held in late March or early April. Contact the Intercultural Center for more information.
