Renaissance or Meltdown? The Economics of Nuclear Power After Fukushima
Charles F. Mason is an internationally known scholar specializing in Environmental and Resource Economics with over 50 publications. He served as the managing editor of the top journal in the field, the Journal of Environmental Economics and Management, from 2006 to 2011, and was recently appointed Associate Editor of the European Economic Review and Editor-in-Chief of Strategic Behavior in the Environment. Mason earned a double B.A. in Economics and Mathematics in 1977 and a Ph.D. in Economics in 1983, all from the University of California at Berkeley. He was a visiting academic at the University of Cambridge in 2003. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of Oxford for the last 5 years.
