Flag burning - the Supreme Court case, the proposed amendment and the underlying issues, will be debated on Wednesday's "Bullshoot" talk show on KWCW radio.

The debate will take place live from 8 to 10 p.m. on KWCW, 90.5 FM and will feature arguments from both sides of the issue.

Ken Moore, of American Legion Post 32, will argue for the prohibition of burning the American flag and Whitman College professor of political science Timothy Kaufman-Osborn will take the opposite position.

The debate will be moderated by Whitman varsity debate coach Bob Withycombe.

The debate will be followed by phoned-in questions and comments from the public. The studio phone number is 527-5283.
