Collegiate Chapter President

Also known as the Collegiate Chapter President or CCP, this officer is the one who oversees the running of the chapter. She is the official representative and spokesperson of the chapter to the National administration of the fraternity, the local campus and the local community. The CCP presides over chapter meetings, conducts chapter rituals and serves as the connection between the collegiate chapter and executive office. She serves on the Officers Training Committee, the Standards Committee, the Membership Selection Committee, the Bylaws Committee, the Evaluation Committee, the Sponsor Selection Committee and the Nominating Committee.

 
Vice President of Administration

The Vice President of Administration, or VP/A, is in charge of the administrative aspect of chapter life. She corresponds with Executive Office to coordinate Accreditation paper work and Field Consultant visits, participates in rituals and coordinates the chapter calendar. The VP/A presides over Officers' Council, servces on the Officers Training Committee and the Bylaws Committee and is a member of the Administrative Officer Team.

   
  Vice President of Chapter Development

The Vice President of Chapter Development, or VP/CD, is the keeper of the purpose of Tri Delta. It is her job to ensure that the rituals and ideals of Tri Delta are respected and followed by the collegiate chapter, and to prepare the chapter for ritual and conduct follow-up activities. The VP/CD conducts rituals, presides over Standards Committee meetings, serves on the Standards Committee and is a member of the Chapter Development Officer Team.

   
  Vice President of Membership

The Vice President of Membership, or VP/M, is in charge of designing and coordinating both Formal and Informal Recruitment, reporting recruitment status to Executive Office and ensuring that all recruitment proceedings are conducted in accordance with Delta Delta Delta and Panhellenic rules. She is head of the Membership Selection Committee and is a member of the Membership Officer Team.

   
  Vice President of Public Relations

The Vice President of Public Relations, or VP/PR, is responsible for maintaining a positive public image for the chapter, on the campus, in the community and with other Greek groups. She oversees the other officers who are concerned with specific elements of public relations. She presides over and is a member of the Public Relations Officer Team.

   
  Vice President of Finance

The Vice President of Finance, or VP/F, is in charge of the financial health of the chapter. It is her responsibility to create a chapter budget, keep expenditures within that budget, and report monthly to Executive Office about the financial status of the chapter. The VP/F monitors the status of members' accounts with the chapter and reports to the Standards Committee. She is also responsible for paying out and collecting all monies owed by and to the chapter. The VP/F serves on the Bylaws Committee and is a member of the Finance Officer Team.

   
  New Member Educator

The New Member Educator is responsible for preparing all new members for initiation into Tri Delta. She presides at all new member meetings, serves on the Standards Committee, the Sponsor Selection Committee and the Evaluation Committee, and is a member of the Membership Officer Team.

   
  Academic Development Chair

The Academic Development Chair is responsible for encouraging and maintaining academic excellence within the chapter. She recognizes members who have demonstrated academic excellence, works with those striving to improve their academic performance, and heads up the chapter study program. The Academic Development Chair serves on the Standards Committee and is a member of the Chapter Development Committee.

   
  Membership Development Chair

The Membership Development Chair plans Open Chapter and is responsible for facilitating the personal growth of chapter members. She keeps an eye on chapter trends and influences them in positive directions. The Membership Development Chair serves on the Standards Committee and is a member of the Chapter Development Officer Team.

   
  Sponsor Chair

The Sponsor Chair is in charge of assigning a sponsor to each new member and overseeing the sponsors. She presides at sponsor meetings, organizes and monitors the sponsor program, plans sponsor Delta Week activities and prepares the sponsors for their roles in Revelation, Trident Degree and Stars and Crescent Degree. The Sponsor Chair serves on the Sponsor Selection Committee and is a member of the Membership Officer Team.

   
  Risk Management Chair

The Risk Management Chair is in charge of creating and implementing a risk reduction strategy for the chapter and ensuring that all policies and safety measures are followed at chapter events. She heads up the Sober Sisters program and coordinates with the Membership Development Chair to educate the chapter about risks faced by collegiate women. The Risk Management Chair is a member of the Public Relations Officer Team.

   
  Social Events Chair

The Social Events Chair is responsible for planning chapter events with other Greek groups and for maintaining good relations with the Greek community. She ensures that Tri Delta policy is followed at all chapter events and acts as hostess. The Social Events Chair is a member of the Public Relations Officer Team.

   
  Philanthropy Chair

The Philanthropy Chair is responsible for coordinating the phianthropic involvements of the chapter and for recognizing the individual involvements of chapter members. She organizes and heads up at least one major philanthropic fund raising event involving the entire chapter and provides opportunities for smaller groups of chapter members to volunteer for local organizations. The Philanthropy Chair is a member of the Public Relations Officer Team.

   
  Continuing Education Chair

The Continuing Education Chair is the link between the collegiate chapter and the history of the chapter and of Tri Delta. She is responsible for planning Founders' Day and Chapter Birthday and for submitting the chapter history to the national archives. The Continuing Education Chair is also the link between collegiate members and alumnae and thus coordinates Senior Week and encourages lifelong involvement with Tri Delta. She serves on the Officers' Training Committee and is a member of the Chapter Development Officer Team.

   
  Secretary

The Secretary keeps minutes of all chapter meetings, officers' councils and rituals. She is responsible for monitoring attendence and reporting attendence records to the Standards Committee. The Secretary serves on the Bylaws Committee and is a member of the Adminstrative Officer Team.
