·        6 rounds of debate to seed teams for NDT bids with elimination rounds only if necessary to break ties among teams with the same win-loss records.

·        Breakfast, Lunch, NW Rockies dinner and roast, and great hospitality.

Arrive at the tournament Saturday morning, Feb. 23.

Free Parking.

6 Prelim Rounds plus up to 3 runoffs if needed.

Northwest Rockies Dinner and Roast, Saturday evening Feb. 23.

Seedings and any needed runoff rounds posted by 3pm, Sunday, Feb. 24.

The last possible runoff would finish shortly after midnight, Sunday, Feb. 24.

SPEAKING TIMES

 

Typical 9-3-6 with 10 minutes of prep debates on this year’s CEDA-NDT topic.

Judge decisions should be made in a timely fashion; like debaters, you need to think through the issues in a debate quickly though with thought and render a decision.

Each Debate Team pays for their share of hired judging fees.

DEBATE JUDGING

Each team requires 4 rounds of commitment (plus run off rounds as is necessary)

We will pay $200 and provide free food! We will add $40 for each round beyond 5 that the person judges.
