Annual Faculty Activity Report

January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012

As you fill out your activity report, you might choose to report some information in the form of bullet points and other accomplishments and professional growth in narrative form. Particularly in regard to teaching, you are encouraged to describe current challenges you are grappling with, changes you have made in your teaching, your understanding of the results of those changes, and what new approaches you are considering for the future. This does not mean you are expected to change your teaching every year. Reflecting on the continued success of previous approaches to your teaching is also valuable. There is no particular minimum or maximum length expected for your report, but please do try to direct us to what you think is most important by providing a succinct account of your year's work.
