Once you have created your netFiles folder (See Configuring Mac Folders), you can transfer or copy files from other folders such as your HOME Folder to netFiles.

• Open the folder you wish to transfer files from (ex. HOME.
• If necessary, double click the folder called your user name.

Leave this folder open and open your netfiles folder:

• From the Finder menu bar, choose Go
• Click your netFiles connection
  
  • If your user name folder is there, double-click it, otherwise you are fine

You now have two windows open, one is your folder on your hard drive (ex: HOME) the other is netFiles

• Drag the file(s) or folder(s) from HOME and drop them in the netFiles Folder

Once complete, all transferred file(s) or folder(s) will be safely backed up in netFiles. You can verifying this by checking netFiles Web.
