Installing McAfee Enterprise 8.5

1. After inserting the McAfee disk into your disc drive, locate and open the file on the disk called Setup

2. The Setup Wizard will begin-Click Next

3. Select the following in the Licensing Window:

  •  Select 1 Year Subscription for License Expiry Type
  •  Select the United States for Location Where Purchased and Used
  •  Select I Accept the Terms in the Licensing Agreement and click OK

 4. Select Typical for Setup Type and click Next

 5. Select Standard Protection and click Next

 6. Click Install. The wizard will take a few moments to install the program

 7. When installation finishes, decide whether you would like to Update Now (recommended) and Run On-Demand Scan (optional). When ready, click Finish

McAfee Enterprise 8.5 is now installed on your computer. Please refer to our aditional documentation about how to configure McAfee to run automatic weekly updates (strongly recommended).
