How do I...?

get the default Voicemail PIN?

• The default Voicemail PIN is 0000 (4 zeros). Change this as soon as you set up your Unity Voicemail.

setup my new Unity Voicemail?

• Press the Voicemail button, type in the default PIN (0000), and follow the voice instructions. For more information, see the initial setup instructions.

check the Voicemail system when on campus?

• Press the “Voicemessages” button.

check my Voicemail from off campus?

• Call your campus phone number, press [*] when voicemail picks up, dial your extension and press [#]

listen to new messages?

• Once connected to Voicemail, press the number one [1] key on the phone.

save a message?

• Press the number two [2] key.

delete a message?

• Press the number three [3] key.
