Procedure for Printing
Follow these steps to print your poster:
2. Print a rough draft (optional).
3. Review and proof your poster before submitting it. Printing Services will print exactly what you deliver. Typos, odd formats and other errors are your responsibility. Reprint and remounting fees will be charged to you or your advisor's department.
Do not expect colors for your poster to appear in print exactly as they appear on your computer screen. If color reproduction is significantly different or other technical errors occur in the printing process, you will not be charged for reprinting.
4. Submit the PDF of your poster to Amber Woodworth in Printing Services. Your file choices are:
- CD
- USB Flash Drive ("thumb drive")
- netFiles (There are various options for sharing files in netFiles.)
(Email typically does not work because files are too large to send.)
Be sure to include your FULL NAME when you name your file (e.g., "Steve Jobs Poster 2011.pdf" instead of "Steve's Poster.pdf")
5. Provide the following information about your poster to Printing Services:
- indication that it is for the Undergraduate Conference
- choice of paper for printing:
- indication of party to be billed (you or your advisor's department
6. Inspect the poster print (optional). Amber Woodworth will notify you when your poster has been printed and invite you to review it for errors before it is mounted.
If you choose not to review your poster after you are notified that it has been printed, you agree to waive the option to reprint it.
