Q:  What size should my poster be?

Q:  Where do I print my poster?

A:  Posters are printed at Printing Services in Boyer House under the direction of Amber Woodworth.  You must make a reservation to have your poster printed. If you want to print a draft of your poster, contact the Multimedia Development Lab to inquire about an appointment.  

Q:  What time can I get in to Cordiner Hall to set up my poster?

A:  Cordiner Hall will open at 10 a.m. on the day of the Undergraduate Conference (Tuesday, April 10, 2012).  Please see Guidelines for Poster Presenters for more details.

Q:  How much will it cost to print my poster?

Q:  Where can I get technical help with software?

A:  Contact the Multimedia Development Lab at mdl@whitman.edu.  You may be asked to schedule an appointment.  Be sure to indicate that your poster is for the Undergraduate Conference.
