Advice From Your Advisor

Talk to your advisor in the early stages of creating your poster. You may need to design your poster to specific requirements or guidelines in addition to those found on this website. They include: 

• additional content 
• special format(s)  
• poster colors, images, graphs

Your advisor may require a draft of your poster. Drafts are not required by the Organizing Committee of Undergraduate Conference.

Be sure to ask your advisor if printing costs are covered by the appropriate academic department. Typically they are. If they aren't, here is an itemization of printing costs.
