This is Jennifer Martin's 6th summer at Whitman College where she is honored to be a part of the Summer Dance Lab faculty. Ms. Martin is a Principal Dancer with the Eugene Ballet Company and will begin her 14th season with them this fall. She has performed the principal roles in the company's classical repertory, as well as many contemporary works. Jennifer has also performed with the Los Angeles Classical Ballet, Francisco Martinez Dance Theatre, and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. Ms Martin trained with Patricia Stander in Los Angeles and the Royal Winnipeg Ballet. She is a recipient of the Boise Mayor's Arts Award, the Canadian National Award of Excellence, and has sucessfully competed in the International Ballet Competition in Jackson, MS.
