Whitman's Slam Poetry club provides a close-knit and supportive group setting for students interested in performing their writing, specifically spoken word poetry. We put on open mics and competitive poetry slams on campus, along with traveling to compete against other schools at CUPSI and National Poetry Slam events. The group currently meets every Thursday at 4 in the GAC. No experience necessary, we welcome all comers!
