Description The Council on Student Affairs holds regular meetings for the purpose of hearing cases involving infraction of College regulations. The Council also serves as a fact-finding body in matters relating to student welfare. There are five student seats on this committee, and student representatives must be gender balanced. Each year, one sophomore student is appointed to sit for a three-year term and two seniors each sit for a one-year term. Nominations Process: There are three student/faculty College Committees that have student seats and six student Advisory Committees. ASWC is responsible for appointing representatives to these committees. The appointment process to all these committees is carried out by the ASWC Nominations Chair in accordance with Article IX of the by-laws. The general procedure works as follows:
