Safety Committee

 
We have formed a safety committee as directed by WAC 296-800-13020, to help employees and management work together to identify safety problems. Committee duties include, review of safety and health inspection reports to help correct safety hazards, evaluating accident investigations to determine if the cause(s) of the unsafe situation was identified and corrected, evaluating the workplace accident and illness prevention program and discuss recommendations for improvement if needed.  The committee is made up of employee selected representatives and employer selected representatives.

The safety committee will meet at least quarterly or more frequently as necessary as determined by a majority vote of committee members.
