Drop off/Pick up locations

• Whitman - In front of the Reid Campus Center
• SeaTac - Tyee High School parking lot - 4424 S.188th St., SeaTac, WA. Going either north-bound or south-bound on I-5 take exit #152 (S. 188th St.), go west to the high school which is located on the corner of 46th Ave. S. and S. 188th St. - right next to I-5. This site is less than one mile from SeaTac International Airport. *
• Portland (Gateway Center) - Fred Meyer parking lot at the corner of NE 99th Ave. and NE Pacific St.  Going either north or south on I-205 take exit #21A (NE Glisan St.).  At the end of the exit ramp turn east onto Glisan St. and proceed one block to NE 99th Ave.  Turn north onto NE 99th Ave. and drive two blocks to the corner of NE 99th Ave. and NE Pacific St.  Turn right onto NE Pacific St. and then immediately turn left into the parking lot (behind the Fred Meyer store).  Buses will load at the back corner of this lot right on the corner of NE 99th Ave. and NE Pacific St.  This site is across the street from the Gateway Transit Center where Max light rail trains run to PDX (red line), downtown (blue or red line), Hillsboro (blue line), Gresham (blue line), or Clackamas Towne Center Mall (green line) every few minutes.
• Pick up locations for the return trips to Whitman will be the Tyee High School location for SeaTac passengers and the Gateway Center location for all Portland passengers.

Bus reservations and Payments

• The round-trip cost is $90.00.
• Make checks payable to "Whitman College".
• The fare is non-refundable.
• Only round-trip fares are available.
• A student may sell the full fare or half fare to another student, but the bus service coordinator must be notified and will not be responsible for reselling.
• No tickets are issued - receipts of payment will put a student's name on a list that the bus driver will use for boarding.
• You may pay in advance for one or all trips.
• Whether there is service to either SeaTac or to Portland at Spring Break will be determined by ridership. If there are not enough PAID reservations by February 12, 2010, the Spring Break buses will be cancelled. No "unpaid reservations" will be held for passengers for the Spring Break bus. Only "paid reservations" will be accepted. If the bus is canceled due to lack of ridership on February 12th, paid reservations will be refunded in full.
• Be sure to notify those meeting you as to WHEN and WHERE to meet you.
• Reservations will not be guaranteed until payments are received. Payments will be accepted until all seats are sold (with the exception of the Spring Break payment deadline).
• Bus tickets may be purchased at the Campus Center Director's Office or by mailing payment to: Paul Dennis, Reid Campus Center, 280 Boyer Ave., Walla Walla, WA. 99362
