12th - Budget requests due by 2 p.m.

22nd - Visiting educator applications

November:

   Request for contingent faculty

 1st - ITL Grant Proposals

 8th - CDLTI applications

12th - Spring 2013 Abshire applications

12th - Dublin applications

December:

 7th - Grades by 10 a.m.

January:

   Registrar starts asking for 2013-2014 catalog information

11th - Activity reports

February:

   New course proposals to curriculum committee

 1st - Perry summer research proposals

15th - ASID applications (projects to be completed before June 30th)

March:

 6th - CDLTI applications

11th - Visiting educator applications

    Abshire & Dublin student faculty research applications

April:

15th - ASID applications (projects for next fiscal year to be completed before October 31st)

May:

 7th - End of Year Faculty Reception - honoring faculty that are retiring from teaching and faculty award presentations.
