Upon graduation, a student will be able to:
Learn classical mechanics, electricity and magnetism, and optics. Learn quantum mechanics, thermodynamics and statistical physics, and nuclear/particle physics. Learn problem solving strategies that physicists use.
Participate in research (e.g., summer internships, mentoring experiences and independent study).
