  1. My student is struggling in her/his classes and could benefit from academic counseling and/or tutoring. Who should he/she contact?

  2. Our family situation has changed, which affects our finances. Who can answer my questions about financial aid?

  3. Where can I find information about rental housing in Walla Walla?

    There are several sources for rental information. The Walla Walla Union Bulletin classified section can be accessed on line at www.union-bulletin.com. Local property managers are also a source of rental housing, including Coldwell Banker First Realtors, (509) 526-9000, Walla Walla Realty Co., (509) 525-4303, and Linscott, Wiley & Blize (509) 525-8700.     Concerns about the well-being of a student should be directed to the Dean of Students Office at (509) 527-5158 or email clevelan@whitman.edu.

  5. My student may be having a substance abuse problem. Who can I contact?

    Whitman offers several counseling options. Begin by contacting the Counseling Center at (509) 527- 5195, or visit the Counseling Center Web Page.

  6. My student has a learning disability. What services can the College provide him/her?

    Contact Clare Carson, Director of Academic Resources (509) 527-5213 or email carsonc@whitman.edu. Clare will meet with the student to evaluate the situation and direct him/her toward available resources.
