Transcripts from Programs

All students studying off-campus must make sure that their program knows to send your transcript to Whitman College at the end of your semester off-campus.  The transcript should be sent directly to:

Without an official transcript, Whitman will not be able to award transfer credit.  Please note that transcripts that are received by students cannot be used for transfer credit purposes.  They must be sent directly from the program to Whitman. 

Although the GPA for Partner Programs is not averaged into your cumulative Whitman GPA and the grades for Approved and Petition Programs do not appear on the Whitman transcript, your grades are still important.  Most graduate and professional schools require copies of all the transcripts relevant to an applicant’s undergraduate studies, so will require a transcript from your off-campus study program.
