Applications for Semester and Academic Year
For all OCS semester/year long applicants, you must complete the Whitman Off-Campus Study (OCS) Application. If after completing that application, you decide to change the courses you wish to take from what you have been preapproved to take, please complete a revised Off-Campus Study Course Approval Form and submit it to the Off-Campus Studies Office.
We have changed our OCS application process substantially to streamline procedures for students and faculty. Please read the instructions on the Whitman OCS Application carefully and if you have questions, please contact a member of the Off-Campus Study Staff.
