Billing Procedures

Partner Programs

Students attending Partner Programs will be billed by Whitman for the program fees and Whitman will in turn pay the program. Your program bill will be sent to your home address by Whitman in late September (for Fall off-campus study) and in January (for Spring off-campus study). If you receive financial aid or a merit scholarship through Whitman College, it will automatically be credited to your student account and reduce the amount of the program fees that you are charged.

Approved and Petitioned Programs

Students attending Approved or Petitioned Programs will receive their bill directly from the program and are responsible for paying the program directly.
