Since 1899 the Maxey Museum has been providing an opportunity for Whitman students to make history come alive. All exhibits are designed and created by students under the direction of Professor Nina Lerman. Admission is free and tours are available upon request. The museum is located in the auditorium building of Maxey Hall next to the Environmental Studies wing.
