The Center for Teaching and Learning Conference Room (Penrose 313) will be available for special classes and official student group meetings during normal library hours, Sunday through Thursday, 7:00 PM - 12:00 AM, for two-hour blocks. Please reserve time 48 hours in advance with Director Keith Farrington by e-mail or phone (527-5037) and check in at the Circulation Desk in Penrose. Programs run by the Center for Teaching and Learning and the Library will have precedence.

Please observe the following rules:

1. Reservations can be made for each use up to a week in advance (no standing reservations).
2. Projection and computer equipment should be checked out from Instructional Media Services; contact Linda Reyburn (Hunter 202) for use of their portable equipment.
3. Absolutely no food or drink allowed in the room.
4. Please leave the furniture in the same configuration that you find it in, and remove all materials you might bring in, erase all information on white boards, etc. The room should be left in exactly the same condition as you find it.

For those groups wanting to use the room between Friday 5:00 PM. and Sunday at 7:00 PM, plus 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM any day, special arrangements must be made to pick up a key. Speak with Keith Farrington.
