Welcome to the Whitman College Student Employment Application page. This page lists all of the departments and their positions. Positions in bold with "[Open]" next to them are currently available. You may click any position on the right to view its job description. If it's open, you may also apply from that page.

BEFORE STARTING WORK YOU MUST

• Fill out I9 and W4 forms in the Payroll Office, Memorial 110.
  
  • We MUST see original documents of the following ID.

  • foreign students must go through the Intercultural Center, Reid Campus Center 216
    
• Turn your signed and dated time sheet/card in to your supervisor no later than the 8th of every month.
• Payday is the 20th of every month or the weekday closest to the 20th via direct deposit.
• Your direct deposit pay stub is available on-line via CLEo

WE CANNOT PAY YOU IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED AN I9, W4 AND PROVIDED A SIGNED TIME SHEET/CARD.
