BEFORE STARTING WORK YOU MUST

• Fill out I9 and W4 forms in the Payroll Office, Memorial 107.
  
  • We MUST see original documents of the following ID.
    
    • driver’s license and Social Security Card or birth certificate OR
    • passport
    • foreign students must go through the Intercultural Center, Reid Campus Center 216
      
• Turn your signed and dated time sheet/card in to your supervisor no later than the 8th of every month.
• Payday is the 20th of every month or the weekday closest to the 20th via direct deposit.
• Your direct deposit pay stub will be sent to your campus mailbox in Reid Campus Center.

WE CANNOT PAY YOU IF YOU HAVE NOT COMPLETED AN I9, W4 AND PROVIDED A SIGNED TIME SHEET/CARD.
