Northwest Institiute for Social Change Media Making Change - Each summer, the Northwest Institute for Social Change hosts an academic program that educates and inspires undergraduate students how the media and arts can bring about progressive social change.

J.W. Saxe Fund for Public Service - A program which awards funds to one or two students to gain practical experience in public service by taking a no-pay or low-pay job or internship during a summer or other term.

US Forest Service - The Forest Service was established in 1905 and is an agency of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The Forest Service manages public lands in national forests and grasslands, which encompass 193 million acres.

Washington State Legislative Internship Program - The Washington State Legislature offers full-time internship positions each Legislative session for college and university students.  The majority of these positions are undergraduate policy internships, where students work in Olympia as staff for members of the House of Representatives or Senate. 

Washington State Department of Personnel - The Washington State Department of Personnel is the central human resource agency for state government.

Washington State Department of Transportation - The WSDOT Apprenticeship Program provides students and recent graduates interested in the field of engineering the opportunity to gain on-the-job training and real-world work experience. Apprentices will get hands-on training, performed under the guidance of a skilled a professional or technical engineer, allowing them to also have one-on-one interaction.
