Whitman has a new initiative designed to help students develop skills and experience in college through internships, community service, and career development.  The Student Engagement Center offers academic year and summer internships, America Reads/America Counts internships, community service opportunities, student and post-graduate employment information, graduate school exploration, resume creation, interview preparation, networking practice, and alumni services.
