ASWC hires two students in administrative support roles to help the government provide services to and advocate on behalf of students:

• The Public Relations and Communications Director

The Director publicizes all ASWC events and information and interacts regularly with student and administrative media.

• The Club Administrative Clerk

The Clerk helps manage and administer recognized clubs and guide students through the process of forming new clubs. The Clerk also serves as a resource and contact point for recognized clubs to help aid them in pursuing their goals.
